One of the most well-known and loved classical pieces, Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons is a sensual masterpiece and a shining example of the passion, poetry and experimentation of the baroque era. The four concertos that make up The Four Seasons portray the seasons – spring, summer, autumn and winter – with musical representations of many human and natural expressions.
Our guest’s violin artists Olga Nodel (Germany) and the Akaroa Summer Festival orchestra will perform together to bring The Four Seasons to life.
